Any of the seed starter thingsys - I have been unhappy with and do not use any of them any longer. Nor do I use cells or pots made from compressed peat - ala Jiffy. In my use, they either stay too wet or wick out all the water and the media dries out.
For most of my seeds I use 2 parts Light Warrior Seed starter and 1 part coir and 1/2 - 1 part Perlite. That is what I use for most all seeds now. For some things I add in sand. I use no vermiculite except for bulb storage.
