I've had Seminole Wind since 2007. It hasn't multiplied a lot for me, however, it is in a spot where it doesn't get any morning sun...probably gets sun around one in the afternoon at the earliest. I haven't measured it, but, I'm guessing it gets taller than the 23" height for me. Bloom size I believe has to be the 6.5" as registered. I did get seeds from it in 2015. It's a beauty and a keeper.
