Christine, thanks for the tries, but there's no way that it's Blue Angel. I got BA from the same source and that's the huge plant that it's supposed to be. The other day I was finally successful in inviting the lady over from whom I bought these. Out of the 24 mature plants that I originally got, 2 were still unidentified. Lucky for me, she brought me a copy of her garden maps and I got the names of the many plants that she had at the time.

Over the past weekend, I had several knowledgeable people take a look at a leaf I had brought - turns out it may be "Love Pat." However, I'm still in a bit of a quandry, as the AHS database and the Hostapedia differ greatly.

AHS has Love Pat as 14" tall, 5" long x 5" wide, 8 pairs of veins.
Hostapedia has it at 19" tall, 9.25" long x 9" wide, 16-17 pairs of veins.

My current measurements are 20" tall, 9" long x 7.5" wide, 15 pairs of veins. Hostapedia has it as blooming mid June, which it is now.

Hmmmm...
