Hello Gale,
Reds are one of my favorites, but I only seem to have one that fits your description exactly. However, if you are willing to widen your criteria a bit more, I'll list a few others:
Thumb of 2016-01-25/LarryW/2b5102
Talladega (Stamile, 2008) The price has really come down on this one in the last two years

Thumb of 2016-01-25/LarryW/4b44df
Melissa Begnaud (FR Smith, 2008) Registered as "white eye and halo" but has always had an ivory-to-light yellow edge in my garden

Thumb of 2016-01-25/LarryW/cf708f
Run for the Roses (S Hollet, 2010) Registered as having a "pink halo"
If you can accept a white watermark with a yellow edge, you might consider

Thumb of 2016-01-25/LarryW/945b46 or Thumb of 2016-01-25/LarryW/e7ce28
Ten Carat Ruby (S Holley, 2011) Jasmine Rossi (Petit, 2008)
