It's easy .. you'll need a graphics program - if you're running windows you can paste into Paint. It's usually found under Start Key, All Programs, Accessories. Next find the key on your keyboard that says Prt Scrn Sys Rq (usually somewhere near the scroll, caps lock keys at the top). Just hit that key and open your graphics program and do a Ctrl V. It should paste your screen shot into the program.
