I have Regan's on another tab on my browser.
I have bought bare root locally before.....none have survived. I kinda think the locals should know when to sell for survivability. My spell check says that's not a word. Zuzu, I know you are not in Florida, but would this be a better time to get the bare roots and plant than in the spring?
Know that the roses I recently bought and put in the ground are doing well, despite a freeze (or 2 or 3 or 4). My roses here seem happiest during the spring months or the late fall months after the dastardly heat is gone.
