Molly, I promise you that Dr. Huey is not resistant to nematodes. Roses grafted onto Dr. Huey can live a couple of years longer than own-root roses in Florida, but neither option is the best. Fortuniana is the best. Dr. Huey is more hardy than fortuniana, but that's something you'll never have to worry about in Florida, I don't think. Rosa fortuniana is hardy to zone 7a.
