@Lucklyzl23, I don't know enough about Plumeria to explain what's going on with those stalks with aborted buds. The stalk's not close to any heat source, is it? The only time I have seen a stalk(s) of mine do this en mass was when I forgot about plants being moved (because of the solarium construction) and frost got to the stalks/buds.
