My seeding setup is in my home office which stays around 75 degrees right now. The heat mat and the humidity pushes it to almost 90 degrees. I have a jump start brand heat mat on these as the Apollo brand ones I've used in the past didn't get as hot.

As far as seeds being viable if they sink, it's only something I've read so am not saying that's certain. This is my first time with Adenium seeds, or plants for that matter so I am still learning. Not all of my seeds sunk, maybe 60ish did. Based on experience with other seeds I believe if they sink, it just means they were able to absorb the water but should germinate faster.

Best bet is give it more time and hope for the best.
