Charter ATP Member I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database!
It looks like a rosularia to me. Perhaps the stems are elongated as the ends of the stems look like they want to form rosettes.

Please don't form a new cubit for Rosularia - it is normally included under the Hardy Hen & Chicks with Sempervivum, Jovibarba, Orostachys, and possibly some others.
