My Laelia anceps opened a couple of spikes. A few late spikes didn't make it, but these opened fine.

And I actually managed to keep this Phal alive for a year and a half, and it starts blooming. I had bought this one with a small Tillandsia on the same mount and I kept it vertical outside over the Summer.
