I have seen your post on beaver issues and I know how destructive their behavior can be .
I have only seen one good solution to their Dam building and it evolved putting a drainage pipe right through the dam.
Very expensive and takes big equipment ....my real question would be with that solution is what if the beaver moves just down a bit and causes the same problem.

Now my grandfather had a beaver problem , he used dynamite after three years they moved up stream and became some one else's problem.
