I agree with Marilyn. It has gorgeous flowers and big, glossy leaves but the ants swarm this plant. It's been a few years since I've grown it but, despite the annoying ant problem, I would grow it again because it's just so pretty. Definitely keep it away from sidewalks or near the house where attracting ants or brushing against ant-filled flowers would be a problem.
