Our local HD does mark plants down and I always browse there first when I'm shopping for plants.
Ditto Lowe's. I very seldom pay full price for plants. Most of mine are started from seeds anyhow,
but if I spot a good deal on the clearance rack and I know I can rescue it, I'll grab it. All of my
gerbera daisies came from the clearance rack, along with one very sad looking hydrangea for $5.
I think that if ever a mortal heard the voice of God it would be in a garden at the cool of the day. ~F. Frankfort Moore, A Garden of Peace
