The least expensive would be to make your own, Mary. Buy some rope or twine, (big box store, or marine store has it) cut 4 pieces the same length, tie them together in a loop in the top for hanging, and a knot for the bottom. If you want an artistic tassle under the pot, don't forget to cut the pieces long enough and tie the knot up about 9in. from the bottom. Then you can fray the rope under the knot.

Jute won't last very long, since it will be getting wet when you water your plants. I'd recommend synthetic rope, and if you buy it at the marine store, it will withstand the sun a lot longer than cheap stuff.
