Aw, Sylvain -- I think you have them too spoiled with your cooking!

I tried a new-to-me recipe for no-knead "crusty white bread" from King Arthur Flour today, to go with some leftover homemade veggie-beef soup; when I took it out of the oven I was thinking "epic fail," but it actually wasn't too bad -- it definitely was crusty!! The recipe called for a temp of 450F, I think I'll trying reducing that a bit the next time...
