What I see in Jewel Orchids is they mostly have several longitudinal veins, where Myriam's plant appears to have rayed veins from the central vein.

I've tried "epiphyte orchid Brasil" which brings up some interesting sites, but no luck.

I've found several Jewel orchid look alikes, all with wrong venation.
