I have 'Musifolia Rubra' which has the most beautiful leaves ever. They are deep green turning to burgundy/mahogany with deep shading and veining giving a slight striping effect. The data on the plant says it grows to 8 ft but mine are easily pushing 10 ft. Of course, they are on the slope with the drainage flowing past from a horse pasture so they get lots of fertilizer. The flower is a slim but tall bright red flower. They multiply easily. This is a strikingly lovely plant. I would love to trade for the black runner elephant ear.
