I have my Pinguicula carnivore that attracts the fungus gnats when it is in its carnivore mode. But right now it is still in its non-carnivore mode, so I use the yellow sticky cards.

Other than that, got to lessen watering a bit so media does not stay too moist and gnat friendly.
