We're having "grilled brown sugar pork chops" tonight, thanks to a bit of a break in the weather (our temp was up to 44F today!). Well, that's not to say that we never use the grill when the weather is colder, because yes, we are crazy and winter can get pretty long up here!

I call this photo "You might be a Yooper if..."
(for anyone who might not know, "Yooper" is a fond term for those of us who live in the U.P., or the Upper Peninsula of Michigan)
