It's a common garden soil. The porblem is too much water, one seedling rot and died.
I was panicking so I sprayed with a chemical insecticide I have. They seem gone, and since we're getting nice temps and a bit of sun I put the pot outside for a few hours so the soil dryed. I didn't see any in three days. I'm putting on my notes the things you all suggested many thanks!!!!!!!
