I see four photos in the database, but they are attributed to "admin".
Sour Cherry (Prunus cerasus 'Surefire')
I see "Credit: USDA" for all four photos including the two below, and also:
"License: Public domain"
My guess would be that "Public Domain" is free and clear permission to re-use photos without asking.
I don't think that the "admin" account is a "real person", but lets see if anyone answers:

@zuzu, do you think that Christina would have to find someone at USDA to say "OK" for permission to copy these photos and use them offsite?
