Sorry to hear some of you had damage. We had storms too and a tornado sighting, but no damage. I'm more worried about hurricane season coming up this year.
I, too, have become rather fond of succulents (and air plants). But daylilies are still my first choice. (Though I have plenty and probably don't actually need any more.... I still want more.) My first garden interest though is always gardening for butterflies and hummingbirds. Miniature gardening is my newest kick lately (which is where succulents come in!). If I was retired, I'd be doing a LOT more in my yard. Unfortunately, work takes up far too much of my life right now.
