We just moved to Spokane WA from Charlotte NC. I've been a gardener for many years (NC and the Bay Area of CA), but this is my first experience in the Pacific NW. I've been dying to get my hands dirty all winter, and am wondering, now that I see bulbs and seeds in places like Home Depot and Lowes, when I can begin planting. We have yet to landscape our backyard, but I'd love to put some Spring flower bulbs in our front yard. Is not the time to do that?
