I grow many hundreds of tropical plants (over 500 orchids), and my rule of thumb is to fertilize 2-3 times (1/2 to 1/4 recommended dilution) and then to flush with clear water. Adenium are new to me, so I don't have a clue if that regimen is suited to them or not.
