Good news we got some rain last night - yay! Bad news: we need to re-plant the japanese maple we planted yesterday. My DH didn't want to make much of a mound & this morning there is standing water in the trough around the tree - grrrh! Why did I let him convince me we didn't need to mound it? Definitely have spring fever - picked up 7 cell packs of perennials the past couple of days - love it when I can get lots of little plants on the cheap!
