Some will do that, they tend end up creeping along the ground. It could imply a hybrid, as the base looks a little like some climbing Aloes, but the ridges on the leaves suggest Haworthia. The elongated growth could also be a response to limited light conditions, these plants like very bright light.
It is what it is!
