How healthy your flowering is. I have 2 in the front. My question to you is, what can I do about the orange powder that keeps coming back. I take the leaves off and throw away but once the plumerias start a healthy grow the fungus comes back. Last year I used a fungicide but then all the leaves curled and died. I don't want to damage t e plants any further. Also, how to cut back on limbs safely without putting them in shock?? Please help if you
