I did so much research beforehand and actually used graph paper and mapped out my plan. My husband is so awesome and made it exactly as I had visioned. I still can't believe how wonderful it turned out.
The shelves are really simple, they are basically a top, two sides and a piece for the bottom. The ones on the left and back are the same however, they are longer and there is no middle shelf. We put our grow lights in there., which are adjustable. I think you can tell how to put it together from these pictures, if you still need more info I will ask my husband for help in describing them in more detail - I love those shelves!
My panels were opened top and bottom as I think most are. You will find that some people seal the ends, I did not (in retrospect maybe I should have) there will be bugs that get in between, but die when it gets hot, and you are left with their remains
. At the time I just did not want to alter what the manufacturer did, but I doubt it would have caused any issues.
The drain is for the sink. We ran a water line from the house outside spigot and dug a trench and laid down PVC pipe and bought it into the greenhouse, from the drain we used corrugated pipe out to where it can drain. I will put more info about this on my blog, check back tomorrow because it would be too much to put here. It's a bit tricky, but so worth It, I could not live without that sink! I did not take step by step photos, but you can see from the picture that we have a line for water (left) and a line for electric(right).
