I do Qigong. People think its Tia Chi. Tia Chi is more the fighting stances. Im just getting to the point of learning some tia chi, after learning the 18 Lohan hands. I can begin to tell you how wonderful this is. Really really good for stress to.
If I could just do 3 levels of earth/ground, and lifting heels, I would feel like I had climbed mt. everest. Have some troble getting down that low.
