It's peculiar that some websites are listing it as Fargesia jiuzhaigou 'Genf,' as though jiuzhaigou is the species name. It isn't a valid species name, so I'm adding it as part of the cultivar name, 'Jiuzhaigou Genf,' because it's different from the 'Jiuzhaigou' currently in our database.
We don't list sp. as part of the botanical name. It usually means it's a hybrid of more than one species. I'm still looking to see whether the species name in the original entry is incorrect because 'Jiuzhaigou' also appears to be a hybrid rather than a Fargesia nitida cultivar.
