That's the technique -- or lack of -- that I use. Lawn clippings and leaves are a good combo!

We watch a lot of "House Hunters" on TV -- on one episode a young woman who was looking for a house didn't want any nearby trees because they just attract birds and the birds are too noisy. Not sure whether to Rolling on the floor laughing or Crying about that one!
