Speaking of vultures (Melanie's article on another thread), there must have been something dead in the woods because a dozen or so of them flew into the trees when we came around the corner...
It was interesting because they all kept their wings open the entire time we were there! I couldn't get a picture of all of them because the sun was shining right where they were lined up.
