Sometimes I think they just go on a cycle. A couple of years okay, then rest and may look smaller till it builds up again. I am still learning with these bulbs.

I hope they grow better once you put them outside to enjoy the summer sun. At least your summer conditions are way better than our thermal dry heat here by then!
