It a characteristic that some people like and some people dislike. Often it's a phase in the life of the bloom. A new bloom may be tightly re-curved and then let the falls relax as time goes along until the re-curve is gone or much less pronounced. That's particularly true in arilbreds. I've found that most of them relax the falls after a bit, but I have very windy and usually warm conditions which may shake the re-curve out more than in cooler climate with less breezy conditions.
