We're way to far from the average last frosty date for me to plant the seeds that are to be direct sown yet, but I have enough to keep me busy for now, for sure!


If your Spring is as warm as my winter has been, you might try one small 'test-sowing" several weeks early. If you get lucky about frost, you might have some veggies a week or two earlier.

I speculate that my "last hard frost date" for spring 2016 will have been back in December 2015!
