We have a young red squirrel that claimed our yard as his territory in August, I haven't named him, but I do talk to him when I fill the bird feeders, he is cute as can be. After what he was doing the other day I think I will name him Foolish. There has been a Sharp-shinned hawk hanging around for quite some time, saw it in the willow the other day and got a few shots of it, then I was going to chase it away, so it didn't get my birds, next thing I see is the fool squirrel getting too close to the hawk for comfort, I got a few shots of him in action, he kept getting closer and closer to the hawk. I went out and chased the hawk away before the squirrel became lunch. Crying
