Rita, golden beets are great, beautiful and tasty, although the germination seems to be a little less than other types.

I planted a lot of seeds I think. So we will see what comes up.

I have not grown beets in many, many years. Used to but I grew the more usual beet colored beets. I would boil them up as the veggies to have with dinner.
