Same here....I always think come November "there, that's done." Then after the last snow is gone there's still loads of stuff to clean up. Horseradish: Do you have a problem with it being invasive? I have it coming up all over the veg and it's impossible to dig out. I give away roots every year and still have more than I can use. Do you know of a good way to can/preserve it?
