It is indeed a beautiful kniphofia, copperbeech, really lovely colour.
Have you thought about Percy's Pride? It's a lime green/yellow, I love it and have found it to be very hardy. We've had it for at least 15 years and it's completely reliable, both in its initial flowering and in reblooming until the frosts. The photo is of a late summer rebloom.
