I want to repot my Bird's Nest Fern. There are about 2 1/2 inches between the top of the soil and the leaves. My question is, can I pot it down so that the soil level is higher (closer to the leaves). I know you can do this with some plants (like African Violets) but how about my fern?
Thanks!
Deb
