Wow, and ambitious too! Although, if you inhabited zone 9, you could zone push the other way...via a walk-in fridge. I never heard of it before but that doesn't mean it wouldn't work.
RobinSeeds is a Co-op, we've got California, Oregon and Michigan gardeners so far. We hope to have all the bases covered in the near future. Not everyone is as talented as you but most would benefit from purchasing seeds grown in the same zone they're gardening in, it increases the success rate (and that works good for us too).
