'Cherry Tart' is described as having prominent "lipstick red" leaf petioles, 'Cherry Tart' emerges bright chartreuse and brightens to a glowing yellow. Wedge-shaped leaves. Its parentage has not been disclosed and it has not been registered. Mine was new Autumn 2011. I grew it in a pot for a couple of years and then found it a garden location. However, after we removed a sick ash tree, it was in too much sun and early in 2015 completely wilted in that sun. I moved it and took a couple of divisions from it at the same time. It recovered well with the exception of a few leaves which looked scraggly all season. It experienced some late season slug damage but, in general, held up well. Please feel free to post your pictures of this hosta.
