Norton found a form on that website that has been used in phishing attacks:

That means the site is probably safe to use but, but the site has been used in the past by bad guys. It's possible that mountain crest gardens doesn't even know what has happened.
Anyway, I contacted them and told them about it, and I will block their ad right now. It's a shame, though, because they look like a good company and they have a good rating in the garden watchdog.
