Hi Suzanne: Yes, I thought about that old saying, and screamed out YIKES !!!! Do I really have to wait 3-Years to see my Clematis bloom????? I'm hoping that is not the case. I'm a very impatient gardener, so I'm hoping I will see maybe 1 or 2 blooms this Spring/Summer in my Clematis By the end of April I will have all of my 6 Clematis plants planted and will anxiously wait to see that first flower bud. So say a prayer for me and my Clematis!
