JB, if given a sunny window, a plant will grow well, bloom and produce seeds. It all depends on the strain or cultivar. Slow growing strains, like Beni Chidori (also known as Cameo Elegance) work nicely. Start seeds the way you would in the outdoors.
I used to think growing morning glories indoors was not possible, until I tried it.
