You can do that, and your guesses were correct. She'll need her own email address (she can get a free one at gmail.com).
You will need to logout (the link is in the footer of every page of the site) so she can login. When she's done, she'll simply logout.
Just remember your passwords (can be changed by your profile) and you shouldn't have any trouble.
