Well, it appears that either I had a very poor Azalea and Dogwood display again this year or the weather knocked off all the blooms while I was away. I was once again hoping for that annual display of Azaleas, Dogwoods, and Bridal Wreath, that never seems to happen here...wait till next year! Only a few few blooms on either of the front yard Dogwoods, the one in the back is a pink Dogwood and will be later in blooming, hope it does better. The Azaleas were very sparse this year also, and most of them are gone altogether now. At least the Bridal Wreath is showing more blooms every day now.

Loropetalum seems to be very much on the increase in the southeast, I have seen tons of them this year and I think they have put on the best display I have ever seen. Mine are only a few years old, and are not in a good location, they get way too much shade. But at least even if I had very few blooms, the leaves are beautiful.
