I am thankful to be able to comfortably walk each day also. Fortunately I don't hate to walk, in fact I love to walk. Well, unless it is a nasty day outside. But usually I find it relaxing to walk with my little dog.
I am extremely thankful for the good heath that at my age of 68 lets me walk about 3 miles for exercise each day.
Today We walked 4 miles and there are days I do less than the 3 miles but lately I have worked up to the 3 miles and the dog and I go off walking.
I am thankful for this mild winter so as we can go walking. Don't have as much time in the summer what with the garden and all.
