I am so thankful I finally cut my hair.
I have thick, curly hair that was down to my waist and had to braid it every morning. Since I don't blow dry my hair, it took hours and hours for it to dry during the winter months.
I had it cut off to about shoulder length with the plan to just wear it up in a pony tail. The gal truly under estimated how much my hair curls. I can barely get it up into a tail. I kind of look like a poodle ...
, but I love it. My hair now drys in less than an hour during winter and no braiding.
